We only collect the details we need to rent out canoes and answer your questions. Below we explain what we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Booking details

• Bookings are made in the BookSpot booking system, which opens in its own window. There you provide your name, contact details and tour details. We need them to complete your booking and to reach you before and during the tour.
• Payment and booking data is handled in BookSpot's system. We use the details only for your booking, never for marketing.

Contact by phone and email

• If you call or email us we keep the information you provide for as long as we need it to help you and to meet bookkeeping obligations.

Cookies and visitor statistics

• The website uses cookies and similar technology to work properly and to show us how it is used, for example which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. The statistics are aggregated and used to improve the site.
• The BookSpot booking window and embedded content such as maps and video may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep data

• Booking data is kept as long as needed to run the tour and for accounting. Other messages are deleted once the matter is closed.

Your rights

• You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Just get in touch and we will help you.
• If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
